Privacy Policy

Mama Oka's Digital Boutique respects your privacy. When the boutique opens, we will collect only the information needed to complete your order and deliver your files — such as your name, email address, and the details you provide for a personalized design (for example, the name to appear in the artwork).

• Payment is processed by our secure payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• Order and delivery emails are sent only in connection with your purchase or a support request.
• This website remembers your display-currency preference in your own browser only.
• You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by contacting support.

Terms of Purchase

• All products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Currency figures shown in USD, EUR or GBP are estimates for guidance only; checkout is completed in CAD.
• Instant-download products are delivered electronically immediately after a successful payment. Personalized products are delivered within the timeframe stated on the product page (currently 24–48 hours).
• Product previews are artwork representations of the files you will receive; colours may vary slightly between screens and printers.
• You are responsible for having software that can open the file formats listed on each product page (for example, a PDF reader). Editable templates that use Canva require a Canva account — a free account is sufficient.

Licensing — What Your Purchase Allows

Every purchase includes a personal-use licence:

• You may download and keep the files, print them as many times as you need for yourself, use them on your own devices and social profiles (including monetized social accounts, for creator products), and give printed copies as gifts.
• You may not share, sell, redistribute, or upload the digital files themselves; claim the designs as your own work; or use the files to create products for resale.
• Personalized designs are created for the named individual and carry the same personal-use licence.

Digital Product Refund Policy

Digital files cannot be returned the way a physical product can, so we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We will always make things right when something goes wrong on our side:

• If a file is defective or corrupted and we cannot repair or replace it, you will receive a full refund for that product.
• If your download is never delivered and we cannot deliver it, you will receive a full refund.
• Personalized orders include one free correction when an error is ours (for example, a misspelled name that differs from what you submitted). Please double-check names and choices at checkout, as we create exactly what is submitted.
• To request help with any of the above, contact support with your order details. We ask that you contact us first so we can try to fix the problem — most issues are a quick repair away.
